The public base presale allocation is 288,000,000 RLYA and a dedicated 14,400,000 RLYA reserve covers the maximum fixed 5% Buy + Stake bonuses inside the same lifetime supply. The founder allocation remains 83,900,000 RLYA, with its 365-day lock beginning only from actual public RLYA token Day 0.

The presale starts at $0.003000 per RLYA and follows the reviewed deterministic demand-based pricing curve. The exact internal step mechanic is not used as public marketing copy.

Standard presale buyers receive actual purchased RLYA 1 day before public token launch. Buy + Stake adds a fixed 5% RLYA from the dedicated reserve and unlocks the base allocation plus bonus together 21 days after public launch.

Checkout authenticates the buyer wallet, locks a short-lived allocation quote and independently verifies the confirmed Solana USDC transaction before recording expected RLYA. Owner-signed allocation access stays CLOSED until the dedicated RPC and treasury readiness checks pass.

The public site now uses a Wallet Standard–based chooser with persistent connection state, a prominent top Connect Wallet action and explicit mobile wallet-app handoff only as fallback. Real-device wallet combinations still require final verification before broad public promotion.

Owner-signed allocation access stays CLOSED until the deployed server reaches Solana Mainnet through the dedicated RPC and independently verifies the configured treasury USDC receiving account. The owner opening preflight must return READY before OPEN can be signed.

The fixed referral rate is 1% of gross referred USDC. The buyer keeps the normal RLYA allocation and any fixed Buy + Stake bonus. Self-referrals and direct prohibited two-wallet loops remain rejected.

The owner can preflight, open, pause or close allocation access, inspect totals, look up buyer allocations and export a hashed delivery manifest. Public messaging controls cannot by themselves launch the production RLYA token.

The public Devnet deployment completed initialize, activation gates, direct purchase, referral attribution and payout, manual distribution and fixed-supply authority checks.

Before broad public promotion, a small real-USDC purchase must be completed from a non-owner buyer wallet and reconciled end to end: wallet connect, quote, exact USDC transaction, backend confirmation, recorded allocation, correct T-1/T+21 policy and wallet reconnect/history.

The production 839M mint, production sale Program ID/PDA, authority-removal evidence and public token Day 0 remain a later phase. None is created by the current website/presale pass.

Public RLYA token Day 0 follows the later verified production Mainnet setup. Standard presale distribution is T-1; Buy + Stake allocations unlock T+21; the founder one-year lock begins at Day 0.
